1.    Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.

3.    On occasion, prizes are provided to the Promoter by a third party. In this promotion, the major prize has been provided by Flight Centre Limited, Princess Cruises International The major prize winner acknowledges and agrees that the provision of the major prize is the sole responsibility of Flight Centre Limited, Princess Cruises International, not the Promoter. The major prize winner agrees that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure to deliver the major prize. Provided the Promoter provides Flight Centre Limited, Princess Cruises International with the name and all contact details of the major prize winner, Flight Centre Limited, Princess Cruises International releases from and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of a claim by the major prize winner (or his or her successors or representatives) in respect of delivery of the major prize.

4.    Entry is open to Victorian residents over the age of 18.

5.    Employees of Flight Centre Limited, Princess Cruises International and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

6.    The following will not be permitted entry into the draw:

a.  The referrer email address where the referred email address/es are not a valid email address format and/or an existing email address.
b.  The referrer email address where spam software has been utilised to generate referral  email address entries.
c.  The referrer email address where referred email address/es have been submitted multiple times from a unique referrer email address.
