Possum Repellent
People have tried plastic owls, plastic snakes, blood and bone hanging in stockings, here is a recipe for a possum deterent that may work:
A handful of dried chilli, tablespoon of ground pepper, 500ml vinegar.
Boil and simmer, leave to cool and strain.
Spray on plants that possums have taken a liking to.
