Jacarandas have been flowering magnificently over December and January and now will set seed, brown capsules with papery seeds inside.

These seeds are easy to propagate by laying them on a ‘bed’ of seed raising mix or potting mix, cover them lightly and keeping moist (but not overly wet).

Tip
Pot the Jacaranda seedlings on when they are approximately 7cm high.
