Cystic Fibrosis National Rose Day

65 Roses Day is the National Awareness and Fund Raising Day for people living with this debilitating disease. 

If you would like to buy a bunch of especially marked roses sold by your local florist between the 22 – 30 May 2011 a $1.00 from each bunch will go to research. 

I am proud to say that I am a Patron of 65 Roses Day and the phrase came from a young boy who was unable to pronounce the name of the disease and he said instead that his sister had “65 Roses”.
