Conifers

Conifers are very popular evergreen plants for hedging, unfortunately many are showing evidence of die back which can cause damage, even death, to susceptible species such Laberths Cypress, Monterey Cypress and Lawson Cypress.

It is a real shame as they are such a feature in our landscape.

Treatment for the canker which is a fungus should be injected with a fungicide, preferably done by an arborist. 

Infected branches should be pruned off.
