Chocolate Coconut Cake
(nice and moist)

Ingredients:

4oz butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons coconut
4oz self-raising flour

Method:

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
Add flour and cocoa alternatively with milk and coconut.
Mix well.
Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
