A lovely ad. I have great first-hand experience in John Lewis shops. John Lewis Partherships (as they are known) is a very old and well-known UK company - a bit like David Jones; their shops are always lovely and clean and tidy, and all their staff are very helpful; nothing seems to be too much bother to them,and their prices are very good for quality goods.
I've spent many hours just wandering through a John Lewis store. There is a John Lewis in virtually every town in the UK.

We have experience John Lewis in the 1970s to the 80s,and they have put the experience we had with them, on to that video clip.
