Ward first became excited about radio while working in the same building as 3AW. Eager to break into the industry, Ward took the advice of an announcer and joined Clark Sinclair's Radio School. Before long Ward began making his mark on radio with his "cultured" voice spending 10 years at 3AK. Ward was soon snapped up by Magic 1278 and it is here where he feels right at home.
